Just a last minute, ad-libbed sort of thing. Sam played half of New England with May watching from her Baby Bjorn,
and then we ordered (and ate too much) Cardiac Arrest pizza. Jill was kind enough to put May to sleep for Sam at
one point.

Notes: Sam's first go, but he didn't coordinate his plays well enough in the end game to get any majorities,
which cost him. Dan probably overindulged himself on Pilgrims, ensuring himself of getting the majority, but he
didn't use his extra cash efficiently enough. Mike managed to grab the sole majorities of Barns and Ships on his
last turn, ensuring victory.

| Sam | 40 | 3 | * |
Notes: Sam was sport enough to play another new game, and he hung in there pretty well. Mike had a 12 point
lead after the old kingdom, but couldn't hang on. Dan made a great opening bid on Abydos in the last round, which
Mike ended up using all his cash to get (it had 2 pyramids, and matched two of his bonus point cards). Dan therefore
had lots of cash to spend on managing to get extra pyramids, and getting majority on both sides of the Nile as Mike
watched helplessly. Sam forgot about the majorities and their tiebreakers, and could have taken five points from Dan
at the end, but the scoring is so hard to keep track of your first time that it's easy for a first-timer to forget.
Plus, I still would have lost by 1, even if Sam had taken all 5 points for himself instead of sharing them with Dan.
Mike, as in his first play of this game, had money issues in the New Kingdom - I get big leads and focus too much
on pyramids and forget about the farmers.
