'Mike, there's a problem with the dinghy' was Lisa's wakup call to me on this, the second morning of our trip.

I went out and sure enough, there was a problem. The dinghy had sunk. Yes, motor and all were submerged in the salt water. Apparently, the valve was completely off of one tube and this allowed water to enter the tube. That, combined with the weight of the engine, was more than the other tube could handle and down she went!
