Wrestler Name: "The Outlaw" Bobby Taylor
Height: 6'6
Weight: 270
Orientation: His actions are heelish, but the fans seem to love
him anyways.
Origin: Now residing in Phoenix, Arizona

Wrestler Type: Brawler with hardcore tendencies...also has incorporated
several submission moves into his arsenal.

Five favorite moves:

1) Colt .45- Taylor's old finisher- double underhook piledriver

2) Hangman's Noose- high angled boston crab ala Liontamer

3) Mandible Claw slam- Taylor's not that tall, so this one require more
speed for impact than height.  He uses a legsweep to pull out the legs as he
spikes his opponent's head into the mat.  He'll hold the claw for the pin or
submission following the slam.

4) Outlaw's Curse- belly to back suplex over the top rope to the floor.
Often onto a steel railing or through a table.

5) Rocker dropper

Other moves:

double armbar submission- aka Rings of Saturn.  Taylor likes to lock it in,
and then pound the exposed head of his opponent with forearm shots.

mandible claw- he'll use it as a counter to most moves.  For example, if
caught in a Donovan chokeslam, he'd lock in the claw to try and break the
hold.  If he's feeling particularly vicious, he'll wrap his glove in barbed
wire and slap on the claw that way.  (He's only done it once, against Hardin
when he won the Outlaw name, so it would have to be VERY high stakes to use
it.)

Guillotine legdrop- picked up from sometimes tag partner Simon Ezra.  He
prefers to use it as he drapes his opponent's head over the apron, and drop
the flying leg from the top to the floor.

Flying lariat off the top

Chairdive

Reverse neckbreaker- ala Rude Awakening.  Also uses it from the middle
turnbuckle.

Running bulldog

Running Texas lariat

Russian legsweep (off the top, off the apron into the railing, into the
post)

Hitting his opponent with anything not nailed down...chairs, tables, ring
bells, cameras, bottles, etc.

Piledriver

Powerbomb

Finisher: Cattle Buster DDT- the infamous finisher of Thunder/Hardin...
Taylor's modified it to make it more his own.  He uses one more along
the lines of Gangrel's finisher.  A lift into a horizontal position, and
then spikes him down.  Also uses a swinging DDT from the top rope, a tornado
DDT, a top rope DDT, floating DDT, etc.

Three strengths:

1) Brawling- one of the best brawlers in the sport.  He'll beat you up with
anything not nailed down, and some stuff that is.  He despises rules, and
isn't above risking DQs to get a hard shot in.

2) Resiliency- Taylor's taken some of the worst beatings in history.  In
December of '97, he was assaulted by J.W. Hardin, Brody Thunder, Dan
Kauffman, Tiger Claw, Casey James, Otto Verhoeven, and Subway Psycho in ONE match.  He
spent several months in the hospital after that, but came back to win the Outlaw
name from Hardin.  He's also had his head set on fire, been pummeled with
too many objects to mention, and battled the Syndicate for ALL of 1998.  He
knows how to take a pounding.

3) Brutality- He's cold in that ring...real mean.  Anyone who would use a
barbed wire mandible claw, would Cattle Buster someone through three stacked
tables, and would try and drop a lighting rig on an opponent, just isn't right in
the head.

Three Weaknesses:

1) Speed- He's pretty slow.  And the added muscle mass has only slowed him
down more.

2) Aerial- Can't do much flying.  What he does know, he learned recently,
and isn't very good at it.

3) Obsession- He gets focused on an enemy, and can't let go.  He battled
The Syndicate for an entire year, and still isn't done with them.

Profile:  Taylor's childhood is not very widely known.  He's kept his past
pretty hush hush.  In fact, we don't really know anything until he debuted
in Extreme Southern Wrestling, a regional of the EMWC.  He was a BIG TIME face
in ESW, following the rules, teaming with all american guys, etc.  The fans
loved him, and during his stay, he ventured into EMWC to become a tag team
champion for...one day.  But he didn't let it dissuade him ,and he stuck to
the rulebook until the ESW closed up shop, and he was given a shot with the
EMWC.

He came in with his tag partner, Butch Williams, and his longtime enemy,
William Funk, and continued his team and his feud until summer of '97, when
something inside of Bobby seemed to snap.  Nobody quite knows what it was...but
something snapped, and he lost it.  First, he attacked his partner, sending him out of
the EMWC on a stretcher.  Then, at the Heat Wave PPV, he brutalized Funk,
lighting him on fire, and sending him out of the EMWC.

It was at this point that Taylor "changed".  He lost all respect for the
fans and for the rulebook, and became "hardcore".  He briefly feuded with Tony
Starks and Curtis Hansen before he took the step that would forever change
his career.  He became..."The Outlaw".

It was more than just a change of name...it was a change of attitude.  He
became more brutal, more heartless, and began to emulate his idol, J.W.
Hardin.

However, an incident in the Portland based IIWF where Hardin was the victime
of a "triple cross" sent Taylor into a rage.  He'd seen his hero fall in his
eyes, and hated what he saw.  Taylor began abusing Hardin in his interviews,
insulting the man and everything about him.  This continued for several
months.

But on December 31st, 1997...Hardin fired back, and Taylor's life was
forever changed.  It is widely considered to be that moment when Taylor evolved
into a true superstar in our sport.  He was put into the hospital for
a few months, left only to think about what he'd done, and what was next.

What turned out to be next was a brutal feud with J.W. Hardin that was voted
EMWC's feud of the year.  It saw Hardin break into Taylor's home...it saw
Taylor burn down Hardin's ranch...back and forth they went until it came to
a head on May 31st...at Showtime V.  It was there that they battled in an
Outlaw match, where the winner would walk out with the Outlaw name.  It was
a brutal affair that saw Taylor victorious when Hardin walked out of the
arena, handing Taylor the Outlaw mantle.

It is believed that Taylor was enraged with this win...and may spend the
rest of his career fighting to prove that he is deserving of the Outlaw
name.

Many also believe that every action Taylor takes is motivated by the hope
that Hardin will one day return to retake his name, and give Taylor one more
shot at his fallen idol.

It is this motivation that has brought Taylor to the LWC.  To vanquish the
territory that Hardin dominated, and to defeat the opponents that Hardin
could not.  Men like Kikai, Violence, and Donovan line his hit list.  Will
he succeed?  Time will tell.  But even if his journey ends in failure, that
path will be lined by the blood and broken bodies of his foes.
