REVIEW

The Halloween Tree by Ray Bradbury
is a short novel written for juveniles but
is equally enjoyable for adult readers.
Bradbury's short synopsis of the reasons
we celebrate Halloween is a wild ride
through history.

We have sometimes used this book as
one of the prizes for best costume at our
Halloween parties.

A revised video version has been released
for kids on Turner Home Entertainment.
It features the voice of Leonard Nimoy
as Mr. Mounshroud.
