| has been singing professionally since she was fourteen years old, and grew up hanging out with the likes of Clint Black, Sammy Kershaw, and Doug Supernaw. Having a voice that was way beyond her years, she recieved the respect and friendship of some of the most talented musicians and artists Texas has to offer. Her favorite mentor is Jerry Lacroix, the former lead singer of such bands as Edgar Winter's White Trash, Blood Sweat and Tears, Rare Earth, and the Boogie Kings. He really took her under his wing and taught her a thing or two about singing from the soul, and respectfully it paid off. |
