| HALLOWEEN |
| is my favorite holiday EVER! As a child I remember it was the only day that really seemed magical, and even the hair on my neck seemed to stand up with the excitement that I might see a witch flying across the moon if I stared at it long enough! It's the one day of the year the dead can party with the living, and you can be any thing or anyone you want to be...that is one HELL of a holiday!!!! |

| Being IRISH, I remember hearing stories in my family about the SCREAMING BANSHEE who would come for you if you got too sick and close to death. I would always check the locks on my bedroom windows so she wouldn't be able to get in and take me away! To this day, whenever the wind is howling, I think it's the BANSHEE coming to get someone. Pretty sad huh? |
