The Replacement Console
Here is the first picture of the Robert Morton console that will replace the Hall. It was taken by the previous owner. Currently it is in many pieces with all the wires cut and will need a considerable amount of restoration.

Pipe Chest Work
Nearly 100 electro-magnetic valves were mounted and wired for this Viola/Open Diapason chest which measures only 11" x 36".
Very tight fit after wiring
It's crouded before wiring
61 electro-magnetic valves were used here for this Vox Humana chest which also measures 11" x 36".
Alot more room in here than the Viola/Open Diapason chest. Still compact though.
Blower Restoration
Extensive cleaning using a steel wire brush, ez-off and acetone needed to be done to the impellors and stator to remove the soot and rust that had built up over the years prior to painting. For a more detailed description of what's involved in a Spencer blower restoration see Phil Underwood's site. Good job Phil!
