One of the neatest things about living in an area inhabited for so long is that you are always surrounded by history! Here, just outside of Jerusalem’s Main police station, is a stone column that fractured before it could be brought back into the ancient city. The stone cutters just left it there (to be discovered 2,000 years later) and went on to the next one.
