-nothing
in the multimedia section will be here for a secure amount of time. your best bet is to
download what's up and available when it's up and available. i only have so much space on
my server devoted to multimedia (which is pretty much over 50% of the server anyway). each
section will also let you know what's been offered in the past, so you can search for it
on file-sharing programs such as kazaa & morpheus.
MP3s
-the mp3s section will contain anywhere from 5-10 mp3s at a
time, and during specials, a whole concert, or set of remixes (or such). the file sizes
will vary depending on the length of the songs and the encoded bitrate. nothing under
128kpbs, or over 192kbps will be put up. expect 3-6mb each (and larger in special cases
such as an 8 minute remix).
MPEGs
-since MPEGs are relatively large files, only 2-4 will be
available at a time, and for only a limited time. each video will have an expiration date,
so make sure and be aware of said dates. file sizes will reach in the excess of 45mb each.
Real Videos
-the real videos will tend to be conversions of the MPEGs
presented on the site, and/or special requests, they will be higher quality real videos,
so expect file sizes to reach about 7-10mb each.
