If you are interested in registering your name/s and heraldry with our organization, here are a few guidelines.
1. The USJHRS at present will only register Japanese names from the 7th century to the
mid-17th century. This may be expanded in time.
2. Please provide documentation for your sources, photocopies and printouts are helpful.
3. At this time we are charging a fee only to cover the expense of mailings, office supplies
and copies. Fee is $5.00 per submission packet. A packet may contain 1 name form and
up to 4 articles of heraldry.
4. Upon the acceptance by the Ministry of your submission the Ministry will send you
a copy of the offical entry in our records and copies of our notes and commentary.
