A Mr William P Morrison has sent the following observations to me regarding the supposed "Conspiracy" which is now being discussed all across the Internet. I would advise caution in taking his words at face value: He formerly worked for the British Government, and is known to have spent time in the Former Soviet Union.....

"I analysed this with interest and feel that at face value it is far from a
true record of the events of that day. Did you notice in frames 357-409 the
moving reflection on the TV screen? This looks to me very much like an
indirect glimpse of the getaway of the legendary "Second Snake". Oliver
Stone contends that this is the same creature that struck Clanger from
behind the "velvetty knoll" of the sofa backrest while his head obscured
the crestline of this in 221-63, delivering the "magic bite" of which Snake
1 is arguaby incapable given that it is made of polyester and has no teeth.
The further factors of: the potent Devil-Worshippers' symbolism of the
snake as a means of attack; Clanger's well-known history of antagonism with
NASA (see episode 2, series 1) and the documented presence of at least
three Jews in Walthamstow ON THAT VERY DAY, combine to make the case for a
conspiracy virtually irrefutable." |

At this early moment in the film, Clanger, as can be discerned by his general demeanour, is clearly unaware of the assassasin at his shoulder. Note, however, the position of the reflection in the TV screen. Morrison postulates that this is a reflection of the departing "second snake." |

Morrison has made further attacks on the very integrity of the snake depicted here, but he fails to note that a full Commission of Enquiry undertaken by my wooden carved giraffe, Vincent, has failed to substantiate his claims. Additionally, the reflection on the TV has not moved, unlikely if it were of the departing "second snake". |
