Ens. B. Cecile Bissaillon daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Arthur B. Bissaillon of 47 Noblehurst Avenue, is stationed at the Chelsea Naval Hospital. Ens. Bissaillon who entered, the service in April, is a graduate of Pittsfield High School and of the Henry W. Bishop 3d Memorial Training School for Nurses. After completing her training her training she did private duty and was on the House of Mercy nursing staff.

Cecile Bernadette Jost, 79, of Lecanto died Saturday, July 15, 2000, at Citrus Memorial Hospital. Born in North Adams, Mass., on June 23, 1921, to the late Arthur and Marie Louise (Dion) Bissailon, she graduated from Pittsfield (Mass.) High School in 1939. She came here 13 years ago from Leesburg. She was a graduate of the Bishop Memorial School of Nursing in Pittsfield and served in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps during World War II. She retired in 1971 as an executive secretary with the Berkshire Life Insurance Company and General Electric in the plastics division. In recent years, she was an accomplished watercolorist and was a member of the Citrus County Art League. Surviving are her sons Mark A. Dunn of LaGrangeville, NY; one daughter, Denise D. Rose of Pittsfield, Mass.; one brother, Edward Bissaillon of Sandy, Utah; one sister, Celeste Lydon of Chester, Mass.; and two grandchildren, Ian and Amy Rizzo.
