Eva R. (Guerrette) Bisaillon, 92, the widow of Antoine R. Bisaillon died on Tuesday, (January 29, 2002) at Manchester Manor. Born in Guerrette, ME, the daughter of the late Joseph and Clarisse (Soucy) Guerrette, she lived in Hartford until 1945 and then moved to Manchester. Eva is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Clarice and Robert Leger, formerly of Manchester and now of Vernon; her granddaughters and their husbands, Deborah and Phillip Grasso of Manchester and Elisabeth and David Miner of Manchester; and her great grandchildren, Jessica, Megan and Peter Grasso and Jennifer, David Jr and Matthew Miner, and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by six brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 8:45 a.m. from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St., Manchester followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 9:30 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, Manchester with burial in East Cemetary. Family and friends may call the funeral home on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. Eva's family would like to offer a heartfelt note of thanks to the nurses and staff of Manchester Manor for the care and compassion shown to them.

Individual Note: Emile Bisaillon, 89, of Wolcott, formerly of West Hartford, beloved husband of the late Greta (Thomas) Bisaillon, died Wednesday, (December 29, 1999) at Wolcott View Manor, Wolcott. He was born in St. Christine D'Acton, Canada, son of the late Zephir and Roseanna (Girard) Bisaillon. Mr. Bisaillon was retired from Darcey Transportation Company after 44 years of service. He is survived by his two daughters, Gladys Galek of Newington and Linda Moriarty and her husband James of West Hartford; a son Emile and his wife, Susan of East Hartford; a brother, Herman Bisaillon of Wolcott; three sisters, Rose-Emma Beausoliel and her husband, John of Bloomfield, Simone Paquin and Adrienne Bisaillon of Waterbury, five grandsons, Frank and Brian Galek of Waterbury, Keith Galek of East Hartford, and Joseph and Kevin Bisaillon of West Hartford; two granddaughters, Linda Marsh and her husband Chris, and Kelly Moriarty of West Hartford. Mr. Bisaillon also leaves five great grandchildren that he loved dearly; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Rose Lamontagne; and eight brothers, Henri, Zepherin, Antoine, Arsene, Hector, Remi, Euclide and Leandre Bisaillon. The funeral procession will be Friday, 8:15 a.m. from the Sheehan-Hillborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 9 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, West Hartford. Interment will follow in Mount St. Benedict Cemetary, Bloomsfield. Calling hours are TODAY, 5-8 p.m.. Individual Note: Edgar "John" Beausoliel, 88, of Bloomfield, husband of Rose (Bisaillon) Beausoliel, died Thursday, Sept 9, 2004, at the Suffield House surrounded by family. Born on January 4, 1916, in Woonsocket, RI, he grew up at Father Bakers Home for Boys in Lackawanna, NY. He would later move to CT, where he would meet his wife Rose Bisaillon, start a successful business, and raise a family. He was drafted in the army in 1942 and served as an enlisted member of the Army's 3rd Armored Division. During his time in the service he participated in the battles and invasions of Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe. Upon his discharge from the Army in 1945, he would move to Waterbury, where his future wife and brothers were living. He would then go to start his own business, F. & B. Construction Co., building homes across Connecticut for more than 30 years. He leaves behind his wife, Rose, of 59 years; daughters Diana R. Anderson and her husband, Lee, of Strong, ME; and Denise B Winiarski and her husband Chester L., of Suffield; his sister Laura Cronin of Middlebury and brother Leo Beausoliel of Middlebury; six grandchildren, Daniel Dean and his wife, Tara, Melissa Walker and her husband Sean, Heather Dean, Ryan Winiarski, Dawn Winiarski, and Steven Winiarski and his wife Amber; five great-grandchildren, Sarah Dean, Joshua Dean, Heather Walker, Sean Walker, and Colby Winiarski. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Wintonbury Ave., Bloomfield. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. His family will recieve friends on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Sacred Church in Bloomfield. The family asks that all memorial donations be sent to: Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity, 780 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY, 14218-1682. Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home has care arrangements.
