The New York City Marathon was truly incredible!  The race was held on November 4, 2000, and it was one of the neatest things we've ever done.  There were 30,000 people in the race, which ran through all 5 boroughs of New York.  It was simply amazing.  Mike ran it in just over 3 hours and 29 minutes (net time of 3 hours 26 minutes), which was about 15 minutes better than his first marathon.  We're looking forward to going back for the 2001 race!
