This one in the movie is somewhere in the part where Van says, "I will kill you!"...I took the couple away because it would be more romantic without them. ("I will kill you!" How romantic, huh?) This scene shows a contrast between cool and warm colors, and that made me really want to paint it. This is my second favorite painting, next to a realistic one that will not be here. It's not Esca, that is.
