BUTTERED SHRIMP ROYALE
Ingridients
1/2 kilo shrimp (medium size)
8 ounce Royal thru Orange
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
5 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1 chilli
Saute garlic and chili in margarine, add shrimp and remaining ingridients. Bring to boil, separate shrimp and continue boiling until sauce starts to thicken. Bring back shrimp and stir constantlly until shrimp is fully covered with sauce.
SIZLLING SQUID
Ingridients
1/4  kilo squid, sliced
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1 green bell pepper
1 stalk celery
2 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion slice
2 tablespoon catsup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon hotsauce (optional)
1/2 teaspoon seasoning (optional)
Saute garlic and onion add squid carrots,
bell pepper,celery, salt, ground peper, catsup and sugar. Stir and cover for 1 minute. Add hotsauce and seasoning to
enhance taste. Serve in sizzling plate.
BUTTERED TAHONG
Ingridients
1 kilo tahong
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
5 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 table spoon white wine
3 tablespoon sugar
1 chilli
Saute garlic and chili in margarine, add tahong
and remaining ingridients. Bring to boil, separate shrimp and continue boiling until sauce starts to thicken. Bring back shrimp and stir constantlly until shrimp is fully covered with sauce.
PINAPUTOK NA PLA-PLA
Ingridients
1 large pla-pla (1/2 kilo)
1 large onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion leak chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Wrap fish and all ingridients in an aluminum foil. and broil for
40 minutes.

saute garlic in margarine remove from pan , then add fish sauce
lemon and chili.

FISH FILLET W/ BLACKBEAN SAUCE  AND TOFU
Ingridients
1/2 kilo slice fish fillet meat (lapu-lapu, tuna, labahita)
2 eggs
3/4 cups flour
2 pieces of tofu or tokwa slice and deep fried
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chinese chilli saucde
1 tablespoon black beans washed and drained
one cup cooking oil
marinate fish with salt and pepper, beat eggs add slat and pepper to taste, in a mixing bowl add fish beaten egg and flour toss until all the fish covered with batter, deep fry fish and seperate.
saute garlic in  2 tablespoon cooking oil add fish and to fried tofu add chilli sauce, sugar, black beans and water , bring to boil and serve hot
