RGE USA INC.
Recruited in 1994 as a Management Consultant by this
UK-based injection molding and parts distribution company. Shortly
thereafter, retained full time as V.P. Operations and General Manager
to manage every aspect of the start up of their first U.S. manufacturing
operation.

At corporate, reduced quality problems 60% with
a resulting improvement in profitability and customer satisfaction;
and cut costly employee turnover (it had exceeded 35%) with better
recruitment and training.

Personally managed all aspects of starting RGE USA
- i.e. facilities (including layout, design and construction of
a 20,000 square foot plant), equipment and machinery, staffing,
training, policies and procedures.

Almost doubled first year's revenue goals.

Further improved profitability with a 30% reduction
in the man hours needed to make finished product.
