| This is the family room. The material used as the valances is also repeated on the sofa back cushions. We like the material, but not really happy with the construction of the valances. They lack depth. They were to have a 3.5 inch return, but were made flush with the wall. The red chairs also have a yellow check pattern on them. |
| The sofa base is a blue/grey mattress ticking material. The wood part is fashioned in the empire style. |
| Below is the back yard and pool, along with a territorial style fireplace. The back wall rises to about thirteen feet from the pool level. We are on a slight hill, so we needed a retaining wall to hold up the back wall so as to level the yard for the pool. This land is pretty much pure stone, it was a hard dig for the pool. We also have a nice sized side yard. It is pretty much for the dogs, but still with some style hahahhhahah. The pool itself is a in ground, self cleaning, ecomatic salt water pool. So far we have enjoyed it a great deal. The fireplace now has some potted plants to liven it up a bit. We are still not sure what will be the finished product. But what ever it winds up being, I am sure we will love it. |
| Although Estrella Mountain Ranch is about thirty six miles west then south of Phoenix, we are enjoying living here. The development has two nice lakes with biking/hiking trails along with a nice golf course and regional park near by. We have a small store and restaurant with a police sub station. It is growing fast and will be a rather large community when done. |
