used to be a place called Capitol Volley a few years back, but
that has since closed and as far as I know there are no indoor
sand courts.

I moved to the area last year and have only recently discovered
volleyball in the area. I play women's and co-ed. I hit strong
side and offside, and have been known to set (especially in
co-ed). I play at a hi-BB/low A (better if I'm challenged).

First and foremost, I would like to tell you that this is an
amazing website that you have so cleverly compiled. However, I
was wondering if you or anyone else could help me get started in
competing. Although I would technically be classified as a
beginner (because I have never competed before-other than in
school!), I believe that I am an exceptional VB player with alot
to offer. Please e-mail me with any ideas, comments, or
suggestions that might pose as helpful to someone just getting
started!

Also you might try going t downtown DC to the 'Mall' courts. they
are behind the Lincoln Memorial to the right side.

Thanks for putting the 1999 schedule together and leaving it on
the internet. I'm looking at the feasibility of fielding some

Volleyballer from Bear, Delaware. Involved in co-ed 6's grass and
indoor league play in Delaware, 2's and 4' grass tourney play in
