CHEVETTE DIESEL ROCKER SHAFT
Here are some images of the rocker arm I made for my chevette diesel.
These first two pictures are of it sitting on the lathe after I
finished milling the flats and drilling the holes.
Here are some pics of it mounted on "V Blocks" on the mill.
I'm sorry that the pics are so poor, the flash died on my digital
camera.
The diamater of the shaft is .8064 " I held to a tolerance
of +/- .00015 over length of shaft.
I have had it in the vehicle for about 250 miles now and plan on
removing it at the next oil change for a visual.
