Before Justin Taylor came along, Brian Kinney had a list of things he'd never do. At the top or that list were: bottom, fuck someone twice, fall in love, become some lesbianic breeder, and he would never cry.

He never thought a short, blond haired twink would make him break every single rule.

It all started as a one night stand. The hot piece of ass that reeked of innocence and promise and Brian couldn't stop himself from crossing the street even if he wanted to.

He fucked Justin more than once that night, and he kept coming back for more like some sort of fucking drug addict.

A year and some change later, he'd end up bottoming for Justin.

And even further from then, he'd proposed to the little shit.

Their lives together were filled with little moments--like fighting over who used the last of the toilet paper and didn't put on a new roll.

And then there are the big moments--lost dances and sitting in the too bright, too white hallways weeping buckets of salt over should'ves and would'ves while waiting for news.

But for all the their dark moments, there's been more good.

Brian wouldn't change those memories for anything because, somewhere along the line, he realized he's changed because of their relationship; he's become a better man.
