Jackie felt like a yoyo. Her parents were going through a really nasty divorce, yet they were very casual about it. What was worse, they were using her as a pawn in their casual like divorce war.  Mondays, Wednesdays,Fridays, with Mother, and the rest of the week with father. She didn't like spending time with her parents, at all!  So anywho the scene opens at a somewhat civil family dinner. Actually it was very, very, oh so very quiet the whole time. Until her mother brought up the splitting up of the property(meaning Jackie.)

"I'm sure I speak for Jackie when I say, she should live at the house with me, I mean why should she have to change scenery so quickly? Further more, that house across town is so very small! It wouldn't be right at all." Her mother explained.

"Well, I think that Jackie would LOVE, living with me across town, isn't that right Jackie?" Both parents glanced at the other end of the table, where Jackie just nervously looked down at her food and sighed.

"Jackie, did you hear your father? He asked who you'd rather live with!"

"In other words, sweetheart, who do you love more?"

"Yes, Jackie, me or your father?"

Jackie looked from her mother to her father, feeling there gazes penetrating into her head.

"Well--" They smiled sweetly at her. She snapped.

"I hate you BOTH, if you really must know, I don't want to live with either of you! In fact, I can't stand it in this house any longer, I'm going to a friends house!" She stormed upstairs to pack her clothes. Minutes later she stormed back down again with a small suitcase and a spring coat.

"Darling be resonable, your only hurting yourself." Her mother called to her as she fled the house, slamming the front door as hard as she could.
It was unseasonably cold that night, and a shivering Jackie sought refuge on a park bench to collect her thoughts.

"Oh no where will I stay?"She asked noone in particular as she thought out loud.

"Donna might take me in, she'd be a first choice, definitly. But what if she turns me down? Well, there's always Eric, he such a sweetie. But what if he turns me down too? Fez, I don't know where the hell he's staying. Michael? NO definitely NOT! Wait, what about Steven? Yes definitely a third choice!" Smiling she stood up and headed to Donna's house.

"No Jackie you can't stay here tonight!"

"But Donna, I'm freezing my tush off in this weather."

"Sorry."

"But DONNA!" The door slams in her face.

"You want to stay here?" Eric starts to laugh in an overexagerrated fashion.

"Well?"

"I'm going to have to go with....no. Bye now." Another door slams.

Ironically it starts to rain. Cursing under her breath she heads to Hyde's house.

"You're kidding, right?"

"No, it's raining, and it's cold, and I'm HOMELESS!" Jackie whines.

"I don't know....maybe for say, 30 bucks a night?"

"But Steven!"

"Okay then, goodnight." He starts to shut the door but Jackie stops the door with her foot.

"Okay, okay, 30 dollars a night."

"Alright, there's a sleeping bag in the storage closet, I'd say it's big enough to be called a room, you might want to move those boxes though, and sweep if you don't like dust and spiders, and rats."

"RATS!"

"I'm kidding."

"Oh."

That night Jackie and Hyde decide to watch some late night t.v on the 13 inch black and white set. Gone with the Wind was on and Jackie begged and pleaded for them to watch it, Hyde reluctantly gave in, although he missed Charlie's Angels.

Later they both retired to their separate rooms.

Jackie had a really bizarre dream that night.

She was dressed in a Scarlett O'hara dress and she lived in a great big plantation house. She was swinging on the porch swing when a man in uniform galloped up to her house. As he got closer she came to the conclusion that it was Hyde!

"Steven?" She cried out unbelieving.

"'scuse me ma'am? I am the infamous blockade runner, Rhett Butler." He replied in a southeren accent.

"Mmmhmm, I'm sure. Then who am I?"

"Is this a joke? You are the talented, beautiful, infamous, much prettier than anyone, Scarlett O'Hara."

Jackie pondered on this for a while.

"Yes that does seem right. What are you here for?"

He dismounted his horse and walked confidently up to her, and then gathered her into his arms.

"You, my darling! Kiss me, once." He whispered before his lips oh so passionately met hers.

Jackie woke up suddenly, her heart beating a million miles a second.

Hyde also had a bizarre dream that night.

He was lying on a bed that wasn't his own, but a huge canopy waterbed. There was fog/smoke everywhere, and all of a sudden Jackie appeared from the fog, her hair wild and windblown, and she was clad in a skimpy red dress.

"I want you Steven, right here, right now." She told him in a sexy voice that didn't quite sound like Jackie.

"Umm--okay."

She then climbed onto the bed and crawled seductively to him before giving him the most heart stopping kiss he ever received.

He then woke up, his heart also running rapidly.  He had to end this, he had to tell her to go sleep someplace else tonight. He stormed into the storage room where she was staying, and was suprised to see her awake.

"Jackie--I think you should--um..." He didn't get to finish because before long they were in a passionate frenzy of kissing, they were kissing as they hurried down the hall, and then they were kissing on his bed. I think your imaginations can tell yourselves what happened next.
The next morning was a bit weird for both of them. They both had the best night ever, yet they had nothing to say to each other after it all.

They both went to the Foreman house that day. Jackie dragged Donna upstairs for girl talk and Hyde stayed downstairs to face off his expectant friends.

"So Hyde.....How is the missus this morning?" Fez inquired in that snide little voice he uses when he jokes around.

The rest of the group, except for Hyde, burst out laughing.

"Man, shut up!" He growled.

"Yeah, they're not married,SO THERE!" Kelso chimed in.

"Okay then, so Hyde, how's living in sin with Jackie like?" Eric asked innocently with laughter in his voice.

"Yes, did she sex your monkey yet?" Fez asked.

"God, you guys are sick!" Hyde told them, disgusted.

"Well, did she?" Eric inquired.

"I'm not telling you!"

"Oh my God, she did!" Kelso exclaimed with a hint of jealousy.

"Okay, yes she did!"

The group gasped simultaeneously.

"Whoa! How was it?"

"I don't want to talk about it."

"That bad, huh?" Eric concluded.

"No! It was.....great."

Upstairs in the kitchen Donna and Jackie are in a conversation.

"We did it, Donna."

"Excuse me?"

"Last night, Steven and I, we made love."

"Oh my God you're kidding!"

"NO! Why would I joke about something like that?!" Jackie asked angrily.

"WOW. What happened after--you know."

"Nothing. He didn't say a word. Oh God! What if he thought it was horrible?! What if he hates me?"

"Well....was it bad?"

"No, actually it was the--the best experience that I ever had happen to me!

Skip to nighttime. Once again the pair are watching t.v., and are not saying a word to each other. Finally, Jackie breaks the silence.

"It was horrible, wasn't it?"

"What?"

"Last night! Your bed, you, me, making love, it was horrible, wasn't it?"

"NO! Where'd you get a stupid idea like that?"

"You didn't say anything about it."

"What was I supposed to say? Wow I loved it, let's do it more often, I love you?"

"No that would be saying to much, wouldn't it?" She retorted bitterly running to her room and locking the door.

"Jackie! ahh son of a bitch!" He cursed trying to open the locked door.

"Leave me alone! I know what I meant to you! I was convenient for you! Someone who was there, and ready for what ever you could dish out!"

"Dammit Jackie, open the door! I didn't mean that at all, ok?"

"LIAR!"

"It meant as much to me as it did to you, and I know it meant something."

There was a silence. Jackie slowly opened the door to face him.

"It meant the world to me." She confessed.

Before she knew it, they were once again in the throws of passion, making love, in the truest form of the phrase.
