| Sizing All gowns are ordered according to the size chart measurements. We measure your bust, waste, and hips. And go by what the chart shows unless you tell us otherwise. If you are a plus size 18-24, it is an additional charge. Extra length is also an additional charge. Each gown is made when it is ordered. Colors Bridal gowns come in a small variety of colors. Mostly White and Ivory. Bridesmaids dresses come in a wide variety of different colors. Ask your consultant for a color swatch book to see the colors. Cancellations We are sorry, but Mii's Bridal cannot make a cancellation once the manufacturer has placed the order into their production system. All Sales are Final When the order has been placed there are no refunds. If you leave the store you have until the end of the business day to cancel. After that there will be no refunds. No exceptions! Shipping We charge a shipping fee if you want your order sent to you from our store. There is also a small shipping fee that we must charge for ordering. Appointments We only ask that you call for an appointment for your first fitting. Feel free to just walk in and shop. No appointment is needed to come in. Policies Merchandise must be paid for in full before it can be released for alterations. We do charge for any alterations that need to be done. If your gown or dress has been pinned and you decide to cancel, your alterations there is a $25.00 pinning fee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your alterations to be completed. Advertised Dresses and Gowns We carry the largest selection of nationally advertised bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. With over 1,000 bridal samples and over 150 bridesmaid samples. We can accommodate every bride and bridesmaid. Bridesmaids We have lots of dresses in stock to try on. Ranging in sizes 8,10,12,14. Plus sizes can be ordered at an extra charge. If you want to purchase only one dress there is a $15.00 charge. Headpieces We have a variety of tiaras and crowns. Let us help you in finding one that will match your gown or personality. Lingerie We carry stock bras sizes 32A to 38D. If we don't have it, we can order the size you need. Alterations We have professionals that do the alterations for us in our shop. We have over 40 years experience. Rush service is available if scheduling allows. Please allow 4 weeks for gowns to be completed and 2 to 3 weeks for dresses. We also do outside alterations. If you purchase your gown or dress at another shop we will alter it for you at an additional charge. Tuxedo Rentals We rent tuxedos. All tuxedos must be paid on full, plus a $10.00 deposit that is refunded when the tuxedo is returned. Each day the tuxedo is late there is a $10.00 per day charge. No exceptions! Helpful Hints Bridesmaids Order all bridesmaid dresses at the same location and at the same time. That way they will come from the same dye lot. We cannot order them until everyone has paid their deposit. Order Contract Please be sure you read everything on your contract before you sign it. Make sure everything is correct, because once the order has been placed it cannot be changed. Policies Deposits A deposit of 70% down is required for all gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Veils and accessories are to be paid in full before they are ordered. Final Payments When your order has arrived to our shop, you must pay the remaining balance within 15 days. We accept cash, credit card, or checks. Layaway We have layaway. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to put any merchandise on layaway. You also must complete the payment within 30 days of the sale. otherwise your merchandise will be returned to the sale floor. Alterations Alterations are available at an additional charge. Garment must be paid in full before we can release it for alterations. Gown Release Mii's Bridal has no obligation after merchandise has been released to the customer. Please check everything carefully before you leave the shop.
