SANDRA PRADO - Glendale CC's Prado received 1st Team All-American for her 3rd in state at steeplechase 2004, at 11:45 (seeded 11:35); her 5K PR is 18:11.
OLGA REYES - Reyes is a consistant 1st DV masters runner, placing well in many races and running several sub 20 5Ks. She was 3rd F OA at the Friendship Run 05.
JENI ZAMBRANO - Zambrano has placed well in many races including 1st DV Mt. SAC Women's Distance Fest 03 & 04 and 1st F OA at the Echo Park 5K 03. She took 4th female OA at the ECF Home Run 10K 2004, & PR'd at 21:06 5K, 05 HB Open track meet.
MARIA MARTINEZ - has started to train and race for L.A. SHADOW 2005. She took 2nd DV in the 05 Reggae Rhythm 5K & has a PR of 22:22. "My greatest desire is to run an 18 min 5K, & to place at the top overall."
PATRICIA VALLES - took 3rd DV at the challenging ECF Home Run 5K 04.
LORRINE MIJARES - runs for Santa Monica College and with our team off-season. She is L.A. SHADOW's assistant manager.
MARIA SERPAS - has happily lowered all her PRs training with L.A. Shadow, capping it all with a 1 hr PR at L.A. Marathon 2005. She is team treasurer.
CATARINA JUAN - ran for Belmont H.S. XC and Track. She began training with L.A. SHADOW in 2003 and plans to continue training with us after she attends Glendale City College. She received 2nd DV at Say No to Drugs 5K 2003 after training with Coach Miguel.
