GUMAR AYALA - Ayala just won 3rd overall against a tough elite field at the Brentwood 10K race, May 2004, with a personal best of 32:43. He plans to finish among the top 20 in next year's L.A. Marathon.
RAYMUNDO CASTILLO - Castillo just came from a strong track season with Pasadena City College, finishing 4th overall at the state championship 10K, 32:21. He just finished 3rd overall for L.A. Shadow against a competitive elite field at Gardena 5000 5K.
ART VARGAS - Vargas is joining L.A. Shadow this year after he finishes at the university. He ran for L.A. Shadow at the 2004 Jimmy Stewart Marathon Relay, helping put the team 2nd place overall.
HILARIO MARTINEZ - Martinez is a masters veteran and champion of races over many distances. He was recently 1st in div, Brentwood 5K. (see below)
