We like to watch Iron Chef at my house. Although it takes an extraordinary amount of time for them to even get to the secret ingredient, we are glued to the screen because we desperately need to know what the secret ingredient is. It's the highlight of the show. Invariably, it's always fish. The guy gets so excited when he unveils it. [Actually, once it was asparagus and I nearly fell off my chair.]

And does anyone else think that the main Iron Chef guy (the one who gets subtitles while everyone else is dubbed) looks lika Japanese James Brown matador?
