Do you know how this works?

I really like Exploding Dog. The guy who makes it draws images based on weird sentences people send him. He sets up this interesting juxtapositon between what the line is and what the final image is. Sometimes it's sad, sometimes it's hilarious.

Anyway, this design is made expressly for 1024 x 768 screens. It will look hideous on anything else. It's just because of the side by side image thing. I could make them smaller, but what fun would that be? You should be rewarded for having a larger screen.

I don't really have a lot else to say about this to fill up this space, so on to mindless blathering.

Today in my lithography class I grained my stone. "Graining" means sanding your chunk of limestone flat with another rock. Basically you sit there for four hours grinding to stones together in hopes that this will make them flat. You use this stuff called carborundum, which is sandy and granular, between the stones, effectively turning the stones into giant heavy sandpaper.

I grew bored before I finished. It's a physically draining process, but oh so worth it in the end. Printmaking is a lot of fun. I advise those of you who have the opportunity to take it to do so.
