There appears to be only one group of Eichler homes in Cupertino, called the Fairgrove Neighborhood.  If you drive into the Farigrove Neighborhood you will know, because they have a sign saying something like "Now entering the Fairgrove Neighborhood".  I hear a lot of people talking about how great Cupertino is, but I guess I don't get it.  Maybe it is nothing more than the quality of the schools  They don't appear to have a downtown at all, and this Eichler neighborhood is not that great and the houses don't appear to be in very good shape, but the price seems high.  If I offend some of you Cupertino people, tell me what I got wrong.  That said, if you are selling a nice Eichler for cheap in Cupertino, tell me first.

Below is the Fairgrove Tract.  I counted 217 Eichler houses in the photo below.  They are fairly large and built in 1960 and 1961.  Cupertino has a set of
guidelines on how to maintain and update your Eichler.  It is pretty cool stuff to read about Eichlers and how they are special.  These houses are located south of Stevens Creek, east of Miller, north of Bollinger and west of Lawrence.
