Chihuahua's are the smallest among all the breeds of dogs, but they make a very good guard dog since they tend to bark a lot and are territorial. Thier coat is short and smooth. They are normally live long, for an average of 15yrs to 20yrs+. They grow to about 10inches,and weigh about 3kg. Chihuahua's are energetic animals. They don't really need that much exercise. They have delicate windpipes so it's better to use a harness istead of a collar. Back
