Grooming your dog
Grooming your dog gives you the chance to check your dogs health and at the same time to get to bond with each other. While grooming, inspect if your dog has any signs of fleas, skin aliments etc.
Bathing

It is important to regularly bath yuor dog, bathing will help remove some (if done occassionally) paracites that could very much harm and hurt your dog. For skin and coat care, make sure to give your dog a shampoo especially made for dogs to prevent any allergies. If your dog has any skin aliments, give your dog specially medicated shampoo that will help the condition. See vet for more details.
Combing your dogs hair
Regularly grushing your dogs hair will help clense your dog fur from; ticks, fleas and other insects, it will also help give your dog a fluffier/smoother coat.
1.Use a comb/ brush fit for the coat of your dog; for a thin coat use a comb with close together bristles, and for a thick coat use a brush with far appart bristles.
2.A thin bristled brush gets rid of much irritating parasites, while the brush with a wide bristle removes excess/ old hair.
Cutting your dogs nails
Dog nails usually gets very sharp, it often becomes a bother when they get excited to see you, they end op trampling on you. When tis happen you get hurt and scratched on.
1. Cut the dogs nail off at the tip of the nail (the quick), being careful not to cut the part further then the quick(blood vessle). Call the vet to make sure.
