Hey!

Ya know, I shouldn't be using this as my live journal, when I have one.  I need to come up with a different use for this.

Wednesday, October 13, 2004, 4:43 A.M.

So why am I up at 4:43 A.M.?  Well, it begins last Friday.  I stayed for like 5 hours at Greg, Donna, and Kristian's (this was when I was in the great city of Orlando last week) and Kris came back to Aunt Tricia's house.  We... well, I played video games since he wasn't allowed to because of some police incident.  and while we were playing video games mema must've said, "don't forget to take your pill," and, like I always do when I'm preoccupied I say "uh-huh."  So I forgot to take my anti-depressent miracle pill which stops me from feeling emotion, And I was miserable the whole night, couldn't sleep until five, had to wake up at 9 to get ready to go to Aunt Marjorie's house and from there home, so I only got four hours sleep.  After a great Saturday I finally got home and to my surprise, my friend Sam comes over immediately and wants to stay over so of course, at the insistence of my parents (no offense Sam, I was tired) Sam stays over.  And we stay up until four because we're two guys, one of us says, "you tired?" and the other always go "nah" until we both pass out.  And since Sam has to leave to go to church at 8:00, I get up then to see him off, think about going myself but decide I'm too tired, then go back to sleep.  I wake up at 11:30, watch some religious TV to make up for not going to church, and get a call from Sam at Michelle's house asking if they BOTH can stay the night.  That's really weird, the only time Michelle has ever stayed over here was when her mom was in Jacksonville and there were no other options, and her mom would certainly not let her stay over here with Sam!  But she did, and my parents said yes, and Sam's parents said yes so all of the sudden we're having a slumber party.  Well, for the first part of the day, Sam plays on the computer while Michelle and I play bored games, and then we all play Balderdash, a game I learned at Greg, Donna, and Kris's, and then Michelle plays on the computer and Sam and I do nothing.  Eventually Sam gets tired and goes to sleep.  At 11:30!  If only I were so lucky.  Since Michelle and I could talk while Sam was asleep and so were my parents, we talked.  Until 5:00 in the morning!  And then we both woke up at 8:00 because everyone else in the house was and we were sleeping in the living room (on two couches!) and once Sam had left we went back to sleep.  Michelle woke up at 11:30 and I woke up at 12:30 and we watched TV, talked, played The Sims 2, and then Michelle had to go.  So I watch TV and play on the computer (it's pretty much all I do) and I get addicted to this really cool game called Rise of Nations, and I play it (stupidly) until 4:00 in the morning!  And so I immediately go to bed, not sleeping until around 5:30.  I wake up, at 3:30 in the afternoon.  Yep.  3:30.  I'm such a lazy, bum with such a horrible sleep schedule that I don't wake up until 3:30.  And I know that if I go to bed when I'm actually tired again, which will probably be 6:00 in the morning, I won't wake up until even later.  So I'm going to stay up all day, and go to sleep at 11:00, that way I'll wake up at 7 and everything will be alright.  It's not easy, but I've gotta try. And so that's why I'm doing this.  Oh, the magic of trying to keep one's mind from not withering away.  It's magic.  Wait, What?
