Character Profile: Trace is a very active, yet very kind, student and resident of Midway Prep. He's a very popular person, involved in such sports as football, and is a friend to everyone. He's falling for Kim Anderson, which caused quite a problem seeing how Jake won't let him near her. Trace tried to throw the Miss Midway Contest, and worked hard with Kim to protect his secret. Because of their working together, Trace's dreams quickly came true. Kim dumped Jake and began going out with Trace, much to his satisfaction. Nevertheless, he felt increasingly guilty upon dragging her into his secret. Little did he know that someone, Randall Bentley, learned their secret and plotted to expose it. After a fatal accident, though, Randall ended up falling down a stairwell to his death.
