Character Profile: Amber is MP's resident bad girl. Her long-coveted Miss Midway title was snagged out from under her when Francesca George won during the summer of 2000. It was then that Amber launched a year-long scheme that involved the total ruin of Francesca's life. Amber brought a handsome young Spainiard named Amant� Aldovar, who conveniently happened to be an old flame of Francesca's. When Francesca's boyfriend Allan Benton found out, he was furious and ended things with her.
However, things didn't improve for Amber during MP's second season. Though she went to extreme lengths to gain back her title (she even bribed the overseer of the contest), she ended up losing to Karen Berkley. This sent her into a deep state of insecurity, almost to the point of depression, but she may be able to be saved by sympathetic sophomore A.J. Winters.
