Character Profile: Amante Aldovar was Francesca's Spanish lover. The two met in Spain when Francesca was tagging along on one of her dad's business trips. Amante, an errand boy, attracted her attention even as a little girl, and the two spent much time together. When they grew up, they even got to the point where they started "going out." The two were as much in love as any teenagers could be.
Too bad Francesca decided to leave him for a Midway-residing Allan Benton. He didn't find this out until Amber Hart brought him to town to spite Francesca. After a deep, intimate kiss, they were caught by Allan. After a confrontation between the two young men, Amante disappeared from Francesca's life for good.
