So, what do people call you? Why?  Most people call me Nike. My mother used to tell my twin brother and I all sorts of stories. Our favourites were the ones from Greek mythology (you know, old Greek stories about gods and stuff). One of the stories she told us was about Nike, the goddess of strength and victory. Well, since I'm pretty strong willed (I don't back down unless I really don't care), my brother decided he liked Nike better than my birth name, so that's what he called me. As you can see, it stuck. ::smiles::

 

And your real name?  Analeigh Elizabeth Krueger. No, like this: crew-gerr. Yeah, that's it

 

Do you know your birthday? What about age?  Yeah, I do. My birthday is February 17th and I'm 17
 

All right, how about a physical description. It's for the records.  Honestly? Come on, I'm standin' right here! And why the hell do you need to write down what I look like? Alright, whatever. Let's see� I'm about 5'6" and pretty skinny (but who of us isn't?). I've got light blue eyes and well, I guess you could say I'm blessed in the hair department. ::fingers hair:: I've got really long, wavy, dirty blonde hair. It's really easy to work with, and it doesn't need washing too often. Oh, and my lips are usually chapped.

 

How would you describe your personality?  We like I already said, I'm a pretty strong willed type person. I like getting my way, but I'm not a complete bonehead about it. There are some things I just won't do to win (and no I won't tell you what they are). I like flirting with guys (::grins:: one of the reasons I like my job), I love to have fun, I'm very sarcastic, and when I get mad, I swear�a lot. I try not to punch people (unless they deserve it) and I don't throw fits (but I do yell). So, yeah. Just no one make me mad and we won't have a problem. ::smiles::

 

Have any hobbies? You must enjoy some things in this city.  I like going to the theater, reading a good book, and going to the races

 

Or bad habits? We all have them.  Define "bad." I mean, sure I like to drink and I smoke when I'm stressed, but, who doesn't? And okay, I guess I have other habits that aren't the best, but none I'm gonna tell you about.
 

I know this usually isn't the most pleasant of topics, but where did you come from? What can you remember about your past?  Well to be honest, I remember almost everything. But I wish I didn't. I'll tell you just this once, because it's "for the record." Well, I was born in Amsterdam, where my mother's from (my da's originally from Ireland), and when I was 8 my twin brother Christopher died. I missed him a whole lot, still do in fact; it was like loosing my right arm. But my mother took it even harder than I did. About 4 months after Chris died she got real sick and then she died too. Guess she couldn't stand living without him. Well, my da wanted to get a fresh start so when I was 9 we got on a boat headed for America. My da died on the way over and here I am 8 years later. Next question.
 

Why did you choose this establishment? I always liked this question.  I guess I chose this fine establishment because it's clean and 'cause it's pretty close to where I work
 

Know anyone here? Or in the city for that matter? I mean friends of course.  I've met a few people in this city that I consider friends, but I don't know anyone here yet

 

What about enemies? Make any along the way yet?  well, yeah I've made quite a few people mad (and I'm sure if I bumped into some of them again I'm they'd try to kill me), but none that I'd consider "enemies." ::shrugs::

 

Any significant other, or possibility of such? Again, it's for the records.  Nah, most guys can't handle me. ::grins:: But I haven't met any of the guys here yet, so I guess we'll have to see. ::winks::

 

Where might you spend some time when not selling your papes?  Well, i figured I'm too old to sell papes, so i got a job at a music hall down the street. I'm a waitress (That's okay, yeah? I don't have to be a newsie to board here, do I?). But when I'm not working, you might find me at the theater (when I can afford it), reading, at the bookstore, or at the races.
