Instructions regarding Rally Packet Pages:
BLUE is pages for the Competitors / Parents to fill out, sign and give to the DC of the club along
with your money for the rally.
BLACK is pages for Chaperones and Coaches to fill out, sign and give to the DC of the club.
RED is pages for the DC to fill out, sign, and send to the appropriate rally secretary with the club
check to cover all of the entry fees for that one rally.
