When total cash on hand, cash in the bank, and saleable merchandise to which any elected officer or employee of the organization has access exceeds $1000.00(one thousand dollars) that position will be covered by a fidelity insurance. Insurance will be procured at organization expense by a commercial firm, in an amount sufficient to provide full protection of assets Section 2. Copies of the fidelity insurance will be submitted to the approval authority. |
