On March 11, 2000, fans said farewell to the group who had been loved since 1995. After their Final Event, the unit officially disbanded. Each member thanked the audience, their fans, and Midorikawa-sama couldn't hold back his tears. Backstage, as the guys said their goodbyes and hugged each other, fans continued to shout "E.M.U" and scrambled to get some confetti off the stage. The guys disbanded because Sotsugyou M was over, and the M boys graduated.

E.M.U is gone, but they are certainly not forgotten, because forever E.M.U they will stay.
