To become a Citizen of A Witch's World, please follow the instructions below. Please be sure to read the Benefits and Rules of Citizenship before you sign up, so you know what to expect.

Benefits of Citizenship

By becoming a Citizen of A Witch's World, you will have the benefits of the following:

You will be added to the mailing list to receive monthly Newsletters from A Witch's World, to include Pagan related issues for discussion, notification of website updates, and announcement of new members. You will also have the ability to communicate with other Citizens through A Witch's World Groups.
If you have your own personal website, A Witch's World will provide a link to it so that others may access it through this website.
You can contribute your own creative work's and knowledge to A Witch's World at any time by going to The Witchy Connection and using the Contribution Form.
You will have the Message Board and Chatroom at your disposal at all times. (A Witch's World never closes.)

Signing Up for Citizenship

Read the Rules of Citizenship provided below.
Complete the Citizenship Registration form provided below, and submit the form. (All information is required for complete recognition as a Citizen)
Join "A Witch's World Group" by submitting the Yahoo/eGroups form provided below the registration form and click on "Submit" to participate in the Groups email service. (This option will also give you direct access to the Study~Buddy Program, as well as access to the "Citizen's Only" Chatroom)
Send your first Group email to introduce yourself to the other Citizen's of A Witch's World.

What does A Witch's World do with this information?

The information you provide on the Registration form will be listed on the Citizen's Pages for networking purposes.
Your e-mail address will be kept completely private and confidential unless you wish to have it listed on the Citizen pages. (Your email address will, however, be available through A Witch's World Group, but only to Members of the Group.)
If you choose to make a contribution to A Witch's World, your contribution will be added in a place deemed appropriate for the submitted material, and you will be given full credit for your work.

Rules of Citizenship:

By signing up to be a Citizen of A Witch's World, you are stating that you understand, agree to, and will uphold and abide by, the following rules at all times:

There will be no spaming or flaming of any kind allowed in any way, shape, or form, anywhere within A Witch's World. This includes Group Emails, the Message Boards, and Chatrooms, as well as any other means of communication through this website.
You will treat all Citizen's with respect, being considerate of their feelings and beliefs, even if you don't agree with them.
By requesting Citizenship, you are stating that you follow and live by the Wiccan Rede "An it harm none, Do as ye will", and that your magick is used with the utmost respect for Nature, yourself, and for those around you.
A Witch's World reserves the right to read and approve or disapprove anything that goes on its website. If something has not been approved, you will be given the common courtesy of knowing why. (Note: No previously copyrighted material will be accepted without permission from, or proper credit being given to, the original Artist or Author. It is preferable that contributions be original works.)
You are given full credit for your contributions to A Witch's World. You understand and agree that all approved contributions will have a permanent home on A Witch's World Website.
If, at anytime, you decide that you would like to give up your Citizenship status, simply email A Witch's World and all your personal information will be deleted with the exception of contributions. Full credit for your contributions will continue to be displayed
A Witch's World reserves the right to remove your Citizenship status if deeming it necessary to do so. If this should happen, you will be notified as to why this decision was made. (Misconduct IS a valid reason for removal!) You will be given the opportunity to plead your case if you wish to do so, however, the final decision rests with A Witch's World, and you agree to abide by that decision.
You agree and understand that A Witch's World is Copyright Protected. You may not duplicate any portion of it's contents created by Midnite Spirit or any other Citizen's, in any way, unless you have previously requested for and received written permission stating that you may do so. The only stipulation to this agreement is if you have contributed any personal works to this website. You may do as you wish with your personal contribution(s), except to remove it from A Witch's World. You do, however, have permission to provide a link to this website, through your own website, so long as you make it clear that you are not the creator of A Witch's World. You agree that if there are any problems with another Citizen(s) that goes against proper conduct in A Witch's World, you will bring the matter to the attention of Midnite Spirit to be resolved. These matters will be handled swiftly, as misconduct will not be tolerated.
You agree and understand that the rules of A Witch's World may be revised at anytime, and all revisions will be considered current and upheld by all Citizens.

I hope that you understand the need for these rules. It is important that A Witch's World continue to grow and be a positive, active participant in the Pagan Community. I also believe that A Witch's World should be a safe gathering place for all Pagan Brothers and Sisters, as well for as the curious.
