I am an Australian, born in a small city west of Sydney in New South Wales.
I grew up and was educated in this city, as were my parents, grandparents and their parents.
This city where I grew up is a rich volcanic area, due to the fact the city is built around a extint volcano. Its rich in fruit growing and the newest industry to the area is grape growing producing some of the best wines in Australia, also winning prizes in Australia and overseas.
I have travelled a great deal over the years mainly up and down the east coast of Australia,.One of my favourite places where I lived for four years is the Atheron Tablelands. The furtherst west I have travelled is to South Australia.
I have two grown sons, my eldest lives and works in South Australia as a pay -master in a Goverment Department. My youngest is a qualified Information & Technology Technician makng Websites and creating computer Graphic Art.
My interests are varied a few of my favourite ones are: my Family, my three little dogs, computing I'm nearly always around here somewhere doing something in between day to day chores around the house. I like reading which I should do more often but hey its all here on the net, I really like gardening, especially in spring time.
I also love dancing and riding my motorcycle when I can, yes I know but please don't get the wrong impression, have you ever tried it?
Usually sometimes during the year I go hot-air ballooning with friends, & lastly kick'n back & relaxing with friends over a nice meal & a glass of good wine or bourbon.
Hopefully in doing this site it will help my friends on the net learn a little more about me and not be just another "nick".
