There is a 10 sentence minimum posting limit (NOT including speach). This goes for all IC posts, not just when joining. And this means 10 GOOD sentences. One sentence should be at least 5 words long (shorter sentences are allowed, but they don't really count towards the length) i.e:
"The wolfess padded slowly over the rough terra, tail swaying from side to side in time with her movements." = A good sentence
"She sat down." = Not a good sentence

This isn't really a strict rule, but I'm sure everyone would appreciate it, if you stick to this. Please try and respond to posts with around the same amount of words. This is because if someone spends a long time writing a 6 paragraph post, and you answer it with 2 then they might feel a bit annoyed. And if someone starts a 2 paragraph post then the same applies. If you were to answer with 6 then chances are they will not be experienced enough to write a long reply, and might feel uncomfortable replying with just 2 paragraphs.

All posts should be spell checked first as it can be a bit annoying, and sometimes difficult to understand when reading through countless typos. Even if you don�t have microsoft word or other spell check programs ezboard has a spell check, so please use it.

Godmodeling is strictly forbidden, but I will allow some power play. For example if you were in a fight, you are allowed to say 'the jet wolf leaped forwards, bowling over the femme and sinking his teeth into her flesh' but it is then up to the other player to decide how badly she was injured. It may just have been a scratch, or it could be a deep wound, but that if for the player to decide, not the attacker.

Wolves may have mates, but this does not affect their rank in any way. For example if an alpha becomes mates with a gamma, the wolf would stay as gamma, and still have to work their way up the ranks normally. Also wolves from different packs can not become mates. If two wolves from separate packs wish to become mates then one must switch packs, though they will not necessarily keep the rank they had.

Up to the age of 9 months pups have a different ranking scheme to the rest of the pack. These ranks don't have much meaning, and wont affect the ranks given once they reach 9 months; they are just a way of getting pups used to the ranks.
