Alpha (1 male & 1 female per pack)
The alpha(s) are in charge of the whole pack. They regularly patrol the boarders, greeting newcomers and choose who to accept or reject. They assign the ranks of new members, and choose who to promote or demote. They must keep the whole pack running as a team, and those who choose to disobey the alpha may be severely punished. Although the alphas can be mates this is not always the case, and an alpha can choose to mate with anyone at the rank of gamma or above.

Beta (1 male & 1 female per pack)
The second in command, betas are very powerful and do most of the things alphas do. They may greet newcomers at the boarders, but only accept them if they have the alphas permission. If the alphas are busy or injured then the betas will normally step in and take over the running of the pack until the alphas return.

Fiducia
Peace Keeper (1 of either gender per pack)
The Fiducia is normally a peaceful, and trustworthy wolf. They will help to sort out arguments, and aid the alpha in some decisions. May greet newcomers with alphas permission.

Perlu
Protector (1 of either gender per pack)
The Perlu plays a very important role in the pack, patrolling the boarders and pack lands in search of intruders, or anything unusual. The gamma must be a strong wolf as they act as a pack protector, holding off intruders until the alpha arrives and decides what should be done.

Cura
Pup Sitter (2 of either gender per pack)
Cura act as pup-sitters. They are the role models for young pups. They will take care of them while the pack is hunting, or if the parents are too busy, and along with the parents help teach the pups to hunt, and about the rules and routines of pack life. They must be good-natured and well trusted by all pack members.

Caccia
Hunters (2 of either gender per pack)
The hunters of the pack, Caccia's must be very skilled and experienced in hunting. They will lead hunts along with the alpha, scout the territory for prey, and with the alphas permission they may call together hunts. If the alpha is busy the Caccia will take over all hunting duties.

Aiuto
Hunt Aid (4 of either gender per pack)
The Aiuto act as hunt aids to the Caccia and Prima's. On hunts they will help track and bring down prey, though rarely make the kill themselves. This is a good starting rank for new members

Casuale
Helper (5 of either gender per pack)
The Casuale are like helpers. They will do random jobs for higher ranking wolves, sometimes help the Cura with pups, and can scout the land looking for prey. This is a good starting rank for new members.

Infer
Omega (1 of either gender per pack)
The Infer is the lowest rank in the pack, so the are the last to eat and will sometimes go hungry if food is short. But Infer's are generally quite happy and carefree, the jokers of the pack, and can provide amusement or 'comic relief' to help calm down tense moments or just brighten up a boring day.

Pina Pups (max 5 per pack)
The pups are known as Pina and do not have seperate ranks. They may develop a between themselves, but this is not reflected in ranks.
