Spells: Jonzonor can perform the following spell-like functions three times per day: Grant Wishes to creatures from the Prime Material Plane, become Invisible, assume Gaseous Form, Detect Magic, Enlarge, Polymorph Self, Create Illusion (visual, olfactory, audio and tactile components - last without concentration until dispelled), Sunscorch, Misdirect, or create a Wall of Fire. He can Produce Flame, Flame Arrows, Sundazzle or cause Pyrotechnics at will. Sow Fire Seeds and create a Fire Shield once per day, Fire Track once per week and Conflagration once per month.
Special Attacks and Defenses: Jonzonor is immune to any fire-based attack.
Magical items: Jozonor is an Efreeti Noble who poses as a Hobgoblin. He has fled the Elemental Plane of Fire to escape the wrath of the King of the Salamanders, who he tricked on more than one occasion in the past. Arriving on Oerth through the eruption of mount Flamenbutt, he slew a local Hobgoblin chief of no small repute, Theg the Wild. He assumed the Hobgoblins place through the use of his polymorph self power, and led his tribe on a great rampage through the land. After a string of sucesses and more hobgoblins joining his band, he became amused by the whole situations, and decided to build his army properly and become a local ruler. Jonzonor's ultimate aim is to create a permanent gate to the Elemental Plane of Fire. He plans to do this by offering 1,000 sentient and good creatures by throwing them into Mount Flamenbutt. This should create a permanent gate. To this end, he has captured many creatures, supposedly to work as slaves, and is in this fight to acquire more. Ralak does not know Jonzonor's true nature, but has his doubts, which are fueled by Hextor. He selected Jonzonor as a general because of his reputation as a ruthless leader and a great tactician. His scimitar, "Nova" is +4 and can cast a burning hands spell (simultaneous with a blow) up to six times a day (at 16th level). Jonzonor wears a blackened suit of scale mail +2, which does not improve his actual AC. He has two Hell Hound pets of the largests size at his side.
