Spells: Galarkh can use the following spell-like powers at will, one per
round at 12th lvl of ability: shape change (from canine to goblin form or
vice versa), change self, levitation, misdirection, project image.
Once per day he can use the following spell-like powers: charm monster,
dimension door, emotion.
Special Attacks and Defenses: Galarkh is able to assume the
form of a large wardog at will. When in canine form Galarkh can move up to
30", pass without trace and be 75% likely to be unnoticed when
motionless. He is hit only by +1 or better weapons. A failed saving throw
when he is in canine form hurls him back to Gehenna.
Background: Galarkh
is a fully grown Barghest. He has deliberately chosen to remain on Oerth
while he enjoys it and he hopes to gain even more power while staying here.
When he grew up he has acquired the leadership of many goblin tribes in the
Pomarj territory. Most goblins and the other generals know of his
outer-planar origin. He looks like a large goblin, but has a bluish-red
skin. Galarkh fights either with his rending claws, or with his large bardiche
+3 called "Gutrender", which looks comparatively big next to
his small body. Galarkh wants to take over the whole Pomarj area for himself
if he is able, and with the gained strength he hopes to take Gehenna by
storm and secure a place for him high up in the hierarchy. He is smart
enough to know when to follow orders though and has not yet questioned
Turrosh Mak's commands. Turrosh Mak has appointed Galarkh as the supreme
commander of all goblin tribes.
