| Chapter 4: The First To Go �Yevethan, I don�t need your help!� Vegeta called in the wind. �Yeah, you may think that now, but you won�t be singing that tune in a few minutes when you see exactly what I see,� Zasyder screamed. �You said you saw nothing!� Vegeta informed. �Then I didn�t see anything, but now I do, and I don�t like it, and you won�t either,� Zasyder explained. �We�ll see, Yevethan,� Vegeta said. They flew some more until they saw a large crater in the ground below them, and someone was standing in the middle. �Down there!� Zasyder yelled as he started to descend. Vegeta followed, and they landed just in time. The figure was about to blast more of the earth around him. �Hey, you! What do you think you�re doing?� The figure looked up at him and smirked. He laughed. His laugh bellowed in the wind. Zasyder got into fighting stance. �This doesn�t sound too good, Vegeta. We better get ready.� �Of course Yevethan. Let�s just kill this guy and get it over with,� Vegeta reprimanded. �But don�t you wish to know who I am, Zasyder?� the man asked. �How do you know who I am?� Zasyder demanded. �I just know. And I know that you married to the beautiful and powerful Princess Kakarita of the Saiyans, known to you as Gayah. And you are Prince Vegeta of the Saiyans. I know so much of all of you; that you both have Saiyan blood,� the figure said. �The Yevethan is only a half-breed. I am full-blooded,� Vegeta corrected. �Of course, but that won�t matter much after I�m finished with you, for I am Ajiin, and I have brought my terror to your planet!� the man laughed. �You�ll have to get through us first!� Zasyder exclaimed as he soared for him. Ajiin just chuckled and thrust his fist through Zasyder�s throat. Vegeta gasped and cried out. �ZASYDER!! You�ll pay for what you�ve done, bastard!� Vegeta yelled. �One Saiyan down�� Ajiin started. He looked up at Vegeta, his eyes glaring with absolute evil. �I�I can�t fight him alone. I have to go and warn Kakarita of her husband�s death!� Vegeta thought to himself. He powered up. �I�ll be back Ajiin, and when I return, you won�t like what you find!� And with that, Vegeta took off. Ajiin just smiled and looked at Zasyder�s bleeding throat. �So, I was right. Prince Vegeta has gotten soft since he came to live here. He�s even made a family. Well, his son is a Saiyan, so he will die as well. And once I take care of the Saiyans, I�ll be free to do what I please.� �I have an awful feeling all of a sudden,� Gayah said after a long time of silence. �I think something has happened to Dad, Mom,� Fey�lya replied with a whimper. Gayah smiled and put her hand on Fey�lya�s head. �Nothing has happened to your father, dear. Don�t worry, he�ll be fine,� Gayah assured her daughter. But as soon as she said this, Vegeta burst through the door, and he looked straight at Gayah. �Zasyder is dead.� Gayah stood, knocking over her glass of water. Everyone looked at Gayah, waiting for her reaction. �NO!!! DADDY!!!!� Fey�lya yelled as she went Super Saiyan. �I�I won�t let�this happen�Vegeta�take me�to the�person who did�this!� Gayah stuttered as she went Super Saiyan. She tried so hard to keep her anger in check, but Goku knew. He knew that she was feeling more sadness and pain than anger, and was using it to cover it up. �Gayah, don�t do anything drastic. Let�s wait and see what we�re up against,� Goku started. �NO!!! I won�t wait and see! If I die, I�d only be joining my husband in death!� Gayah cried. Goku grabbed her arm. �Gayah, don�t talk like that. Let�s all go and fight together, that way we have an advantage,� Goku reasoned. �No. I have to deal with this on my own,� Gayah informed. And with that, she ran outside and flew off. �We have to go after her!� Kitaria pointed out. �I�m going too! I�m going to fight for my father! C�mon Zimena!� Fey�lya encouraged. She grabbed her sister�s hand and they flew off. �NO! Fey�lya! Zimena!� ChiChi yelled. She looked at Goku. �Goku, I know what�s going to happen. You have to watch Fey�lya and Zimena or they�ll die. Gayah will be so focused on taking revenge for Zasyder.� Goku nodded. �Don�t worry, nothing will happen to them, I swear it,� Goku vowed. �I just hope I can keep that promise.� �I�m not going to let them go and get hurt! Let�s go Goten!� Trunks spoke up. They both powered up to Super Saiyan and flew off after Fey�lya and Zimena. �NO!! Trunks!� Bulma screamed. �Don�t worry Bulma. We won�t let anything happen to any of the kids out there. In fact, we�ll try and keep them out of the battle,� Kitaria reassured her friend. �Let�s go guys!� Goku ordered. They all powered up, and followed Vegeta to the battlefield. |
