Chapter 19: Taste Of Defeat

Gokus body shook in pain. Gayahs shook in anger. Ajiin laughed. You actually think youre going to have good luck this time and defeat me? It wont matter anyway! You cant kill me, Im already dead! Gayah growled.
You know, Ive had just about enough of you, she said. She powered up and went after Ajiin. He deflected all of her movements and sent her flying for the ground. Kitaria looked around, seeing that Gayah was immobile and Goku was struggling to get up. It was up to her right now to beat Ajiin so they could live in peace.
Well well well. Look who it is that I get to deal with last. Maybe since I had so much fun with you last time, Ill do it again. Maybe this time Ill split you in half, Ajiin remarked. Kitaria scowled and powered up.
Youre damned disgusting. I wont let you do anything else to this planet. Its already suffered enough abuse, Kitaria promised.
Does it look like I care?
You will care after I take you out, Kitaria said. She got in fighting stance and started to fight with him. Goku got up and looked over at his sister, her face planted in the dirt. He rushed over to her, knelt down and picked her up, laying her head on his leg.
Gayah, can you hear me? Are you alright? Goku asked. Her eyes shook open and looked up at Goku. How you doing?
Ive felt better. We need to go and help Kitaria fight, Gayah commented.
I know. But I think wed only get in the way. Ajiins already taken so much of our energy, Goku informed.
Yes, he hasI can feel it. But we still have to help her, Gayah pointed out.
I dont know how. I feel completely useless right now, Goku remarked.
Dont EVEN say that. We have to do something. We have to protect her, no matter what happens, Gayah stated. Goku nodded, and they both stood. Ill use my Psywave Meditation to hold him while you gather energy for the Spirit Bomb.
Alright. Lets just hope that it works, Goku hoped aloud.
It WILL. Ill MAKE it work, Gayah smirked seriously. Goku nodded again and raised his hands over his head, beginning to gather the energy he needed to defeat Ajiin. Gayah flew into the sky and intercepted the fight between Kitaria and Ajiin by stopping him in midair.
Gayah, what are you doing?? Kitaria demanded, angered that she had interfered in her battle.
Take it easy, Kitaria. Were disposing of this garbage. Just do what you want with him while I hold him in place and allow him to feel pain, Gayah explained. She turned her attention to Ajiin. Did you hear me, Ajiin?? Were going to make sure that this time you suffer more than you did before! You will feel the equivalent of pain of the others you killed, and worse! Kitaria just gave in to the plan, even though deep down she wanted to pay back the favor of what Ajiin did to her since she didnt get to last time. Kitaria floated over to a constricted Ajiin and smirked.
So, what are you going to do now that you cant move and defend yourself? Kitaria asked him. She grabbed his face and slapped him. Huh? Answer me!
I wont answer you, girl. I dont have to. Youre all pathetic the way you cower trying to save this pitiful planet, Ajiin said. And wouldnt you like to know the truth why you were sent back to this time as a child. Kitarias head perked up and Gayahs eyes grew wider.
What would you know about my past? And how do you know that Im not from this time? Kitaria asked.
I would knowIm the reason you were sent back to this time. I am the one who destroyed your planet, and killed your parents, Ajiin confessed with an evil smile. I watched them scurry you to the time portal in which you traveled. I remember what they said too before I killed them. They were saying how they knew that back in this time, hundreds of years back, their poor little daughter would be safe with two teenage siblings, known to their race as Kakarot and Princess Kakarita. And with that, only days after you were born, you were sent through the portal to this planet, hundreds of years before you were actually born. And after I let your life be spared, I killed them, then destroyed your planet and all of your people.
Kitarias face was red with anger. Youyou
Kitaria Gayah started, trying to keep her calm, continuing to hold Ajiin.
YouIll send you back where you belong!!! RRAAGGHH!!! Kitaria screamed out and went to the next level of Super Saiyan, level 2. I will finally be able to avenge my real parents! You will suffer just like my parents did! She gathered her hands in fists and started to punch him in the face. Gayah just watched her daughter beat Ajiin while her brother was still on the ground gathering the energy for his Spirit Bomb.
I cant believe Ajiin was the onethe one responsible for doing this to poor Kitaria. But in a way, I have to thank him. If it wasnt for him, Goku and I would have never found her in that bassinet in the forest. And if that would have never happened, we would have never known her and got to teach her so many things that we were taught ourselves, Gayah thought to herself as she started to struggle keeping Ajiin in place. Gayah looked down at her brother, and his body was glowing, and she could feel the power rising within him. It wasnt long now
Pleasegive me the energy I need to protect you Goku whispered to himself. The Earth responded by giving its energy to him as quick as possible. I can feel Kitarias anger rising with every second. Something happened. I better hurry. He began to form the energy into a ball.
Kitaria continued to repeatedly punch Ajiin in the face. Even though he was a ghost, he still had the properties of a live person. His face started to get red and his lips bulged out, blood spurting out of them. How do you like this, Ajiin?? Do you like feeling this kind of pain? Well, this is the kind of pain my parents felt when you killed them! And isnt it just a coincidence that youre feeling it now?
Itdoesnt matterto me. Im deadanyway. And so areyour parents Ajiin stuttered in pain. Kitaria screamed out and punched him in the stomach. He spewed blood out of his mouth.
Who cares if youre dead or not? You still get to feel pain. That was something you should have considered before making the idiotic move of coming back here, Kitaria pointed out.
It was worth coming back to see you angry and watch your friends suffer when you could be protecting them, Ajiin said with an evil smirk. Kitaria grabbed his throat.
You dont know when to stop, do you? Youre already dead! Want to see if there is a lower hell? Kitaria asked.
You would be doing me a favor, Ajiin said.
I would be doing ALL of us a favor, Kitaria snapped back. She kicked him in the shins. Now will you shut up?
N-never
Thats fine with me. I have nothing to lose. The more you piss me off the more I torture you, Kitaria commented. Suddenly, Gayah, Kitaria and Ajiin looked down and saw Goku holding his Spirit Bomb. Kitaria looked back at Ajiin and smiled. After this, I dont think youll be coming back. Ajiins eyes widened as he felt the power coming from the little ball of energy.
How can one ball of energy contain so much power? Ajiin asked aloud.
This comes from the energy of all the people on the planet that want to live a peaceful life. Theyve given Goku their gifts and power to defeat you, Gayah explained. Goku looked up at them and got ready to launch it.
I guess that means its back to the Dead World for me, Ajiin sighed, noticing his defeat. And with that, Gayah and Kitaria moved out of the way as the Spirit Bomb flew straight for the dead ghost.
