Groter is a small town of a population around 250-300. Groter is a simple farming town. The mayor, Howard, is a 74 year old human that has been the mayor for 20 years and has earned the people's trust. The Sheriff, Yonic, is a 35 year old Kitsune that also serves as the ambassador to the Kitsune village Faun. The local Tavern, The Roasted Crow, is owned by an old human sailor named Ghrauft. The Roasted Crow is a typical two story buidling with the bar and tables on the first floor and the rooms on the second floor, there is also a stable in the back. The smith is owned by an old dwarf named Yury. He and a few other dwarven survivers left their home mountian running away from plague.
Rob's shop is a typical general store. Rob and his family has owned this shop since the founding of Groter. The temple to Helm is the only temple in the human towns. Originally it was founded by Yury and his people but it slowly became taken over by the human disciples. It it very small and currently only has six clerics.
