Ok... I am not sure how to do this. I am debating in trying to recap with a sort of story or simply saying what happened last adventure. Going to try a mix of the two, since you guys have not decided on a group name yet I am going to dub you guys "Ghosts" as a party name.
After investigating the disappearances from the Groter region the Ghosts discoveed a variety of rumors, some blaming the sheriff, others blaming John. But before furter investigation could insue there was a Kitsune gathering and it was revealed that the missing Kitsune, and possibly humans, were being taken to Rhasta. Dwavel, a Kitsune betrayer, was then banished from the Node.
The Ghosts then moved onto Beank where Quarn mentions an ancient evil traveling the lands again, but his attention seemed mainly concerned with the recent gathering of orcs near Rhasta's cave.
The next day the Mayor and Sheriff of Groter were poisoned, leaving the city with no leaders. The Ghosts found the culprit, John, but he would not talk. The mayor died later that die while the sheriff simply remained to weak to move. Orc armies began to form outside the forest. The Ghosts take a sample of the poison to Billeep. Billeep identifies it as a poison from an artifact but then rambles on about random things. So the Ghosts talk to Quarn. Quarn is found poisoned. Dwavel is in the room. The Ghosts chase him but cannot capture him. Quarn is cured by Billeep.
The orc army moves to Beank but not before the Ghosts evacuate the city. However Billeep refuses to leave. Groter prepares their defenses and a small group of Kitsune join them. The Ghosts decide to attack Rhasta. They find all the missing people in Rhasta's cave. They are sacraficed in some unknown way over a black alter. Puji is enchated by the alter. The Ghosts maim Rhasta at the expense of Joachim's life, Rhasta escapes.
