"i am not sure i will make it. i mean i can give it a chance but i am trying to take a week off in may for my son's graduation. i am an artist living in cambridge, struggling like all the other artists i know, working in a frame shop. it's hourly, so if i don't work, i don't get paid. i just started at this place recently. i moved to boston 2 years ago for love and art. the love fell through. i was a financial analyst for 15 years, but the art that i shoved into the closet came roaring back with a ferocity that nearly destroyed me. so i chucked it all and began painting again. or actually, much of it was chucked for me.

got into horses big time in san antonio and memphis. my son plays polo for texas a&m, and my daughter is like super horse whisperer type, also living in texas. they be bubba's. and proud of it. in fact, stefan goes into the army a month after graduating. he's this 6'3" warrior, a walk on his first year at a&m, the year they went to the sugar bowl, but switched to polo, where they won the national championship two years running, lost in the finals the 3rd year, and this year the nationals are in two weeks. would like to get to that too, but i don't see how at the moment. as you might guess, i would rather talk about my chillins.

well i will write more later. you can read about it in my autobiography, Just When You Think You Is, That's When You Ain't."
