The year come upon us quick and a team was to be selected, first thing we needed was to give some thought into what type of team we wanted then set a criteria to follow and they were #1 attitude, #2 skill, #3 chemistry. We then made our selection to who was to be on our team and there was no doubt that we had did that well. As the year went on there were a lot of ups and downs, things had to be said and done. But at no time did I ever give up on you. We built a great team of coaches and players.

I will always remember the times I had spent with all of you, for all the laughs we shared and tears that fell is what made all of us a TEAM. I have never coached such a great group of gentlemen before and may never again. I hope the time we spent together and lessons we learned together will follow you for the rest of your lives. I am very proud of all of you; good luck and take care for you are all great guys.
